By using Taxora GST, you agree to these terms.

Purpose of the service

Taxora GST provides tools to help prepare, review, calculate and export GST-related business information. It is not the Government GST Portal and does not itself file statutory returns unless a feature explicitly states otherwise.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of GSTINs, invoices, sales, purchases, tax rates, return periods and other data you enter. You should review generated figures before filing or making tax payments.

No professional advice

Calculations and reports are provided as assistance and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified tax professional where professional advice is required.

Availability

We may update, modify or discontinue features to improve the service or maintain compliance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful activity.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Taxora GST is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate user data, filing decisions, external service outages, or reliance on unverified generated information.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
